Policies & Services

ORDERING POLICY

If an item that you have ordered is not available, we will quickly notify you by email or telephone and explain the status of its availability. At that time we will request your directions for the balance of the order.

 

SALES POLICY

We accept only Visa and MasterCard  credit cards . We do not accept personal checks, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. All orders are required to be prepaid before shipment. All orders are processed within 24 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays).

Purchases made by credit card are not charged to your credit card until the items are actually packaged and ready for shipment.

California Sales Tax (8.50%) will be automatically added to orders shipped to California address.
